Called Felton Thomas to congratulate him on the recent announcement of his win as Incoming Public Library Association President. Felton is director of the Cleveland Public Library. He will succeed Vailey Oehlke director of libraries Multnomah County Oregon. He will assume the office of president in July 2016. Please be sure to congratulate Felton when you see him.
